Open from 3pm 'til late. Right on the Kampot River, next to the old bridge (other side of downtown) and across from Stay in Kampot.
No food, but evening and late night drinks. Right on the River.
Happy Hour from 3pm to 7pm.
Oh, and everything is made out of wooden pallets.
